Toro Raspeballer Mix

Ingredients: Potato 57%, Barley flour, potato starch, wheat flour, salt, rapeseed oil, emulsifier (monoglyceride), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate, sodium diphosphate, sodium disulfite), spices.

TORO Raspeballer are a Norwegian food tradition that goes well with salted mutton, sausage and bacon – preferably with TORO Kålrabistappe. Easy to like, easy to make.

Preparation

1.)Mix the contents of the bag with 3 dl cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
2.)Form the raspeballs (6-8 pcs.) and place them in 10 dl boiling stock or TORO Bouillon.
3.)Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
