Thise Lighthouse Cheese

Thise's Lighthouse Cheese is a hard cheese that is matured by the Danish North Sea for at least a year. It's taste is described as sweet and parmesan-like.  Winner of the Mejeribrujets Gourmetpris in 2017 and 2018.
