Nyåkers Ginger Cranberry Snaps

Nyåkers’ flavorful gingersnap cookies are made from a traditional recipe that dates back to the 1950s. Called Pepparkakor in Swedish, each biscuit is filled with a blend of ginger, clove, cinnamon that is paired with a cranberry flavor. These delicate, authentic ginger biscuits are palm-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (shea, coconut and rapeseed oils, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural flavor), sodium bicarbonate, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, natural cranberry flavor, salt.
