Mix It Yourself:
Add one part/tablespoon SURIG Essig-Essenz with four (4) parts/tablespoons of water. Vinegar is now ready for use. If necessary, dilute further to tate. SURIG Essig-Essenz diluted with white or red wine, champange, sherry, etc., instead of water, gives a delicious dressing for the perfect cuisine.
Basic Salad Dressing:
Mix four (4) tablespoons of water with one (1) tablespoon SURIG Essig-Essenz. Add salt and pepper, and four (4) tablespoons (extra virgin) olive oil. Combine ingredients whisking or blending together well.
