These graceful Swedish drop-shaped candles (called droppljus in Swedish) are made of pure stearin - the highest standard for Swedish candles. Stearin is not petroleum-based as paraffin. The burning quality with stearin is superior - with longer burning times and cleaner flames. Sold in pairs, the candles have a 12 hour burn time and fit a standard taper holder.
