The recipe for this soft yellow cheese originated in Sweden. A semi-soft texture similar to havarti but without the holes, its name simply means Farmer's Cheese. It is mild tasting and can be served as an appetizer or simply for snacking. Available plain or flavored with caraway. Picture is of a full wheel. Full wheel is approximately 2.5lbs.
